- It depends on what's broken, which is why we look first. The free website review tells you exactly what needs fixing and what it will cost — every package is a flat rate agreed before we start, with the full price list published on our packages page. No hourly surprises.
- Can you fix my website without rebuilding it from scratch?
- Usually, yes. Most websites don't need to be thrown out — they need targeted fixes: mobile display, speed, broken forms, outdated pages. We only recommend a full redesign when repairing the old site would genuinely cost you more than starting fresh, and we'll show you the reasoning either way.
- Can you fix a website you didn't build?
- That's most of our work. We fix websites built on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy Builder, Custom built — and if you're not sure what yours is built on, we'll work it out during the free review.
- How long does it take to fix a website?
- Small repairs — broken forms, wrong details, mobile display problems — are often done within days of kick-off. A cosmetic refresh typically takes a couple of weeks. You'll get a timeline in writing before any work starts.
- My website was built years ago and never touched since. Is it worth fixing?
