We look over your current website before we meet, then walk you through it on a 30-minute Zoom or Teams call — design, navigation, mobile display, and how you're showing up on Google. You get a written mini-plan of what we'd improve and why. It's yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

Usually not. If the bones of your site are sound, a Refresh gives it a modern look without starting over. We only recommend a Full Redesign when the structure itself is holding you back — and we'll tell you plainly which one you actually need.

You do. Your domain name, your content, your website — all of it stays in your name and under your control. We're not interested in holding anything hostage; you can walk away with everything at any time.

It depends on the size of your site and how quickly we get content and feedback from you. A Refresh is typically a couple of weeks; a Full Redesign takes longer. Either way, your written plan includes a timeline we agree on before work starts.

No problem. We work with the platform you're already on wherever that makes sense — most sites don't need to move. If we think a different platform would genuinely serve you better, we'll explain why and let you decide.

Yes. We build so that everyday changes — trading hours, prices, photos — are things you can do yourself, and we show you how at handover. Prefer not to touch it? That's exactly what the Care Plan is for.

For $99/mo, you get up to 1 hour of changes each month, priority response on requests, and a quarterly health check of your site. Anything bigger is quoted separately at the standard hourly rate, agreed first. Cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts.

Anything beyond the agreed scope is billed at our standard hourly rate of $110/hr. We'll never just do the work and invoice you — extras are always flagged, priced and agreed with you first.
